Originally used as some kind of marker in the late-twentieth century to the early-twenty-first century, this Head-dress was subsequently ‘mined’ from a 21 century landfill site, and was used by early-twenty-second century settlers as high status head-regalia. Its status derives from the wearer being unable to do anything practical whilst wearing it.
