Negev Desert, Israel
This video represents the digital rebuilding of Ein Ekev, a spring in the Israeli Negev desert, using computer technology. This demonstrates how humans can use their knowledge and technological advancement for positive effect on the environment, by regenerating landscapes damaged due to environmental exploitation by human beings. Ravaged by natural disaster, agriculture, mass-extinction and war, this is a promising insight in reclaiming lost landscapes, flora and fauna.
